About TELADAN

Key Beneficiaries

18-22 years old

Teaching Leadership, Advancing the Nation known as TELADAN – which means “role model” in Indonesian – is a leadership development program designed to equip and empower the next generation of Indonesian leaders.

Through TELADAN, scholars develop essential soft skills by engaging in community development activities, gain practical experience through internships and apprenticeships, and build collaborative networks that will support them throughout their careers.

The program provides a scholarship that covers tuition fees and includes a monthly allowance. Additionally, scholars benefit from a structured training and mentorship program focused on leadership development.
