Early-career professionals (up to 26 years old)

The Tanoto Foundation Fellowship Program is an exclusive, year-long opportunity for young leaders to immerse themselves in Indonesia’s education ecosystem and contribute to meaningful change. Fellows will work directly with Tanoto Foundation and its partners in education intervention areas, gaining hands-on experience, comprehensive training, and mentorship. This initiative is designed to develop the next generation of education leaders who are passionate about improving education quality and committed to sustainable, impactful development in Indonesia.

The Fellowship focuses on fostering critical skills and empowering participants to design, implement, and evaluate educational initiatives that address gaps and create lasting value. Fellows will engage in a unique five-stage program, including field immersion, leadership training, and initiative implementation. Through this program, Tanoto Foundation aims to prepare future leaders who will continue advancing Indonesia’s education agenda, contributing to the nation’s long-term prosperity.
