About Belt & Road

Key Beneficiaries

18-45 years old

The Belt & Road Talent Development (BRTD) Program, established by Tanoto Foundation in support of China’s Belt & Road Initiative (BRI), is designed to groom student talents into global leaders. This initiative aligns with the BRI’s goal of fostering integration and creating opportunities across Asia, Africa, and Europe.

The BRTD program prepares students for successful careers in the public sector by enhancing their analytical capabilities and sharpening the leadership skills required for public service professionals. It also bridges the gap between government, academia, and the private sector, building capacities, forging partnerships, and exploring new business opportunities to drive sustainable development.
