    Institutional Membership of ARNEC

    In March 2019, Tanoto Foundation officially became an institutional member of Asia-Pacific Regional Network for Early Childhood (ARNEC). ARNEC is a network established to build strong partnerships across sectors and different disciplines, organisations, agencies and institutions in the Asia-Pacific region to advance the agenda on and investment in Early Childhood. The institutional membership is valid for two years upon signing of the agreement (renewable upon mutual agreement).

    Tanoto Foundation gets opportunity to join the institutional member’s networking event at the ARNEC conference, collaborate on joint activities (i.e. research, advocacy, documentation, capacity building) and showcase and share our ECD program practices with the network.

    Working with Hasanuddin University to Growth in Applied Research in Indonesia

    Tanoto Foundation has collaborated with Hasanuddin University encourages the students to under take research that directly adresss community needs. Individuals or groups of students at the participating universities are encouraged to submit innovation and applied research proposals.

    Working with Diponegoro University to Develop Future Leaders Through TELADAN Program

    Tanoto Foundation has collaborated with Diponegoro University to nurture the future leader who will make a positive impact in the communities in which they live and work through TELADAN program. Since 2016, the program has benefitted more than 100 students from Diponegoro University. The program participants, or Tanoto Scholars, supported with integrated training program from their first year of receiving the scholarship until they graduate. They also receive career support when they are preparing to enter the workforce.
